Meet our Gippsland Conference Speakers
We are excited to bring Phil and Bel Thomson, and Naomi Thorne to Victorious Women’s Conference 2016 in Traralgon.
Phil Thomson
Phil’s purpose and passion is to equip and facilitate the growth of leaders.
Phil’s own development as a leader was greatly impacted by exposure to John Maxwell’s teachings and seeing these principles prove effective in the workplace. Through Leadership Coaching, Training and Speaking, Phil has had the privilege of working with businesses, Churches and not-for-profit organisations to expand their influence.
Phil and his Singer/Songwriter wife Bel make their home in Brisbane, QLD. Each year, they spend considerable time travelling to conferences and events with Bel singing and Phil teaching leadership in a diverse range of settings.
Bel Thomson
Bel Thomson is an Australian award-winning singer, songwriter, and speaker whose ministry takes her across the country to conferences, festivals, schools, camps, outreach events, and Christian Churches of all denominations. Just back from recording a new album in Nashville, USA, Bel is spreading her songs of encouragement across Australia and beyond.
Bel’s eagerly anticipated new album “A New Creation” is a dream come true for Bel, who has worked on this project with GMA Dove Award winning (2004-2007) and Grammy-nominated producer Ed Cash (Chris Tomlin, Amy Grant and ?Kari Jobe) in Nashville, USA.
Naomi Thorne
Naomi Thorne currently serves as Minister of Red Cliffs Church of Christ and is passionate about encouraging faith in women of all ages, which led her to instigate the first Victorious Women’s Conference in 2011.
This year Naomi is discovering the joys and challenges of being an ‘empty-nester’, and finding more time to mentor young leaders. Naomi knows the power of encouragement and longs for women of all ages to know how greatly they are loved by a limitless God.
Naomi is looking forward to sharing on the subject of ‘Faith Unlimited’ at the Victorious Conference.
